Another week another session, actually I had quite a break, almost 11 days I believe. Week 7 and I am still holding strong at same measurements as our last measuring session. Pretty disappointed because the last week I’ve done everything from changing my diet to taking up colon hydrotherapy (see about my post HERE) and also incorporating gym classes into my routine but I guess it may take some more time before I see dramatic results (here’s to hoping)!!
I’m so glad to be sharing my journey with you, there’s another 3 weeks left to go before I finish up 10 sessions and hopefully the next 3 weeks will be great.
