Somebody pinch me! I think I have an addiction to terrace view rooms in New York. I guess once you’ve had a taste of the luxe life you don’t want to go back and believe me, the room we stayed in at the Omni Berkshire Place was nothing short of spectacular!
Conveniently located on 52nd Street between Madison and 5th Avenue in the heart of Manhattan, the Omni Berkshire Place provides you with the power to choose when and how you access all that New York has to offer (and we’re all about that convenience right?). Nearby to the hotel are headquarters of Fortune 500 companies, 5th Avenue and the best shopping, theatre and historical attractions in the city. Central Park, Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall and the greatest musical theatre anywhere in the world aren’t
just a cab ride away — they’re mere steps away. The location of this hotel is just perfectly where you want to be in midtown Manhattan.
For the weekend we stayed on the 17th floor in a premier executive room with a private terrace (and boy was the view AH-MA-ZING!). What I loved about the Omni Berkshire Place was that the rooms were designed with the feel of an Upper East Side residential townhome, while keeping them spacious and larger than most Manhattan accommodations (I felt like I was teleported onto the set of Gossip
Girl). It’s also good to note that this hotel is pet friendly – so you pet lovers this is the hotel for you!
When you first enter the hotel lobby you’ll be enchanted by the interiors and the chandeliers. The staff are also amazing and very friendly. They assisted us with our bags to the 17th floor and when we saw our room we were delighted. The room we stayed in also featured our own terrace and an in-bath jacuzzi – how fancy! I absolutely loved how cozy our room felt. It was small enough to feel homely but also big enough to have a terrace view!
The view was also extra amazing because we got a corner room so make sure you request that if you wanted both streets on view.
I hope you enjoyed reading about my experience at the Omni Berkshire Place hotel. Make sure to let me know your experience if you’ve stayed here before.
